No. Photo upload is not required at checkout. Our team will reach out after payment.
What type of photos work best?
Clear, well-lit photos with visible facial details work best. Phone photos are perfectly fine.
Can I order artwork for couples, families, or pets?
Yes! We create custom portraits for individuals, couples, families, and pets.
Shipping
How long does the entire process take?
Artwork preview is ready within 2–3 business days. Production and shipping take 5–10 business days after approval.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery time depends on your location.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
What if my order is delayed?
If there is any delay, please contact us and we’ll assist you promptly.
Returns & Revisions
Can I request changes to my artwork?
Yes. Free minor revisions are included before final approval.
How many revisions are included?
Minor adjustments are free. Major changes may require an additional fee.
What happens after I approve the preview?
Once approved, your artwork goes into production and can no longer be changed.
Do you accept refunds or returns?
Since all items are custom-made, refunds are only available for damaged or incorrect items.
