Artwork Revisions

We want you to love your custom artwork. After receiving your initial illustration preview, you are entitled to reasonable revisions to ensure satisfaction.

• Minor changes such as colors, facial expressions, or small details are included
• Requests must be based on the original photo provided

Artwork Approval Process

Your order proceeds to production only after you approve the final artwork. We will never print or manufacture any product without your confirmation.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the personalized nature of our products, refunds are handled under the following conditions:

• If artwork has not yet been approved, you may request cancellation
• If production has not started, partial or full refunds may be considered
• Refunds are not available once artwork is approved and production begins

Physical Product Disclaimer

Slight color differences may occur between digital previews and printed products due to screen settings and printing processes.

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect photos, low image quality, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only before artwork approval. Once approved, the order is considered final and non-refundable.
