Where We Deliver
We currently serve customers in the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
Order Processing
Most orders are prepared within 1–2 business days before handoff to a carrier. The estimated 3–5 business day delivery window begins after processing and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available. Depending on the item and destination, your shipment may be handled by UPS, DHL, or USPS.
Carrier Delays
Weather, holidays, service interruptions, or carrier network conditions can occasionally cause delays outside our direct control.
Returns
Eligible unused products in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Before Returning an Item
Please contact winnerlsw822@gmail.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. Do not send a return until instructions are provided.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly. Include your order number and clear photos when available so we can review the issue.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
