Product Information

We aim to describe and present products accurately. Minor differences in color, packaging, dimensions, or appearance may occur.

Orders

Orders may be declined or cancelled for reasons including inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, address limitations, or operational restrictions.

Shipping

Orders ship from the United States with free standard shipping in our supported service area. Delivery is typically 3–5 business days after processing. UPS, DHL, or USPS may be used. Alaska and Hawaii are not currently serviced.

Customers are responsible for choosing appropriately sized products, following product instructions, inspecting gear regularly, and supervising pets whenever appropriate. Discontinue use of damaged products.
